Last updated: October 2026 · Scope: Constructora Admin (web) and related APIs operated for your organization.
These terms describe acceptable use of Constructora for authorized company operators. They supplement any master services agreement, employment policy, or contractor agreement your organization already has. Not legal advice — counsel should review before external publication.
Acceptance
By signing in to Constructora Admin you agree to use the platform only for authorized work on behalf of your organization and to follow the access rules assigned to your account.
Accounts and credentials
- Accounts are issued by administrators (Access → Users).
- Keep your password confidential. Do not share credentials or session cookies.
- You are responsible for actions taken under your signed-in account.
- Password reset follows the email link flow and the published password policy.
Authorized use
You may use Constructora to perform the modules your role permits (estimating, projects, accounting, HR, field tracking, admin, and others as rolled out).
| Allowed | Not allowed |
|---|---|
| Work authorized by your organization in permitted modules | Access modules or data outside your permissions |
| Enter and maintain accurate business records | Bypass security, audit, or permission controls |
| Use password reset and profile tools as provided | Share credentials, cookies, or probe the platform |
| Report issues to your administrator | Upload malware or abuse email/notification features |
| Use the platform for unrelated personal purposes without approval |
You must not:
- Attempt to access modules or data outside your permissions
- Disable, bypass, or probe security or audit controls
- Upload malware or abuse notification/email facilities
- Use the platform for personal non-business purposes without company approval
Roles and permissions
Access is controlled by profiles/roles and per-user permission data. Administrators must grant least privilege. Changes to roles affect every user who holds that role.
Content and accuracy
Your organization owns the business data entered in Constructora. Operators must enter accurate information for estimates, invoices, payroll, and field records. Constructora is a tool; professional judgment and company procedures remain your responsibility.
Availability and changes
The platform may be updated, maintained, or temporarily unavailable. Critical audit trails (application logs) are retained according to company policy for the environment.
Termination
Administrators may deactivate or permanently delete accounts. Hard-delete removes the user and related cleanup data and cannot be undone. Your organization may suspend access if these terms or company policy are violated.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law and your organization’s agreements, Constructora is provided for internal business operations “as available.” This draft does not create warranties beyond those in your signed commercial contracts.
