Employees (/admin/employee-rrhh) is the HR record under the HR menu (function.url = employee_rrhh, FunctionId 35). The sidebar label is Employees; the breadcrumb is Manage Employees. This is not the library at /admin/employees (FunctionId 14), which only stores name, hourly rate, position, and color.
Each row shows SSN (Last 4), Name, Nickname, Position, Phone, Gender, Ethnicity/Race, and Status.

Default sort: Name ascending.
List behavior
- Search matches name, nickname, position, phone, SSN, gender, race, notes, and the other HR text fields when the term is empty or at least 3 characters.
- Status defaults to Active, matching the origin select.
- Export covers the current page.
- SSN (Last 4) is blank when your profile has View but not Edit on this screen. Only the last four digits are stored.
Wizard
- Name is required. Empty name shows This field is required.
- Position is the active employee-role list (placeholder Select).
- SSN (Last 4) stores at most four digits (Worker Identifying No. on WH-347).
- Gender is Male, Female, or Non-Binary.
- OSHA 10 Certified, Veteran, and Status are switches.
- Deductions feed column (8) of WH-347. Add opens a nested form: tax table code (active codes), description, type Amount ($) or Percent (%), value, and status. Saving the employee replaces the deduction set.
- A repeated name shows An employee with this name already exists.
- Save toast: The operation was successful. The API writes an ApplicationLog in category Employee.
Delete
Deleting an employee also removes data-tracking labor rows, schedule assignments, and deduction lines. If the person is still the employee on a schedule, delete stops with The employees could not be deleted, because they are associated with a project.
