Project Stages (/admin/project-stages) classifies project estimates by stage (for example Bidding or Awarded). The list can show a color dot beside Name when a color is set.
Permissions: FunctionId PROJECT_STAGE (24), menu Estimating → Libraries → Project Stages (function.url = project_stage). View, Add (New), Edit, and Delete follow the standard catalog columns.

Default sort: Name ascending.
List behavior
- Search — matches stage Name.
- Export — Copy, Excel, CSV for the current page.
- Row ⋮ — Edit · Delete.

Delete
Blocked when a project estimate still references the stage (legacy English messages). Bulk delete uses the same rules.
