Overhead Price (/admin/overhead) stores Name and Price for overhead lines referenced from data tracking.
Permissions: FunctionId OVERHEAD (16), menu Accounting AP → Libraries → Overhead Price (function.url = overhead). View opens the page; Add → New; Edit / Delete → row ⋮ and bulk delete.

- Search — Search overhead prices…; term sent when empty or ≥3 characters; matches Name (legacy).
- Sort — Name, Price; default Name ascending.
- Export — current page (price as money).
- Delete — blocked when a row is linked to data tracking (legacy message).
