Units (/admin/units) is the catalog of measurement names (Each, LF, SY, etc.) referenced by Items, Materials, and data-tracking material lines.
Permissions: FunctionId UNIT (5), menu Estimating → Libraries → Unit of Measurement (function.url = unit). View opens the page; Add controls New; Edit and Delete control row and bulk delete.

List behavior
- Search — matches unit Name.
- Export — Copy, Excel, CSV for the current page.
- Row ⋮ — Edit · Delete.

Delete
Delete is blocked when the unit is still linked to an item, material, or data-tracking material line — the API returns the same English messages as legacy Symfony. Bulk delete may be partial when some rows remain linked.
Success toast: The operation was successful.
