Plan Downloading (/admin/plan-downloading) lists download options referenced on project estimates (how plan files are obtained). Each row is a Name and Status.
Permissions: FunctionId PLAN_DOWNLOADING (30), menu Estimating → Libraries → Plan Downloading (function.url = plan_downloading). View opens the page; Add controls New; Edit and Delete control row and bulk delete.

Default sort: Name ascending.
List behavior
- Search — matches catalog Name.
- Export — Copy, Excel, CSV for the current page.
- Row ⋮ — Edit · Delete.

Delete
Delete is blocked when an estimate still references the row (plan_downloading_id). Bulk delete follows the same rule (legacy English messages).
