Proposal Types (/admin/proposal-types) classifies project estimates (for example Lump Sum or Unit Price). Rows show Name and Status.
Permissions: FunctionId PROPOSAL_TYPE (26), menu Estimating → Libraries → Proposal Types (function.url = proposal_type). View for the list; Add for New; Edit / Delete for row menu and bulk bar.

- Search — matches Name.
- Export — Copy / Excel / CSV for the current page.

Delete
Blocked when an estimate still references the type (proposal_type_id). Bulk delete uses the same constraint (legacy messages).
